Case studies
Same OS.
Four scopes.
What Montebelle agents do every day across solo, SMB, enterprise, and partner deployments. Numbers and operating realities, not pitch slides.
By tier
The same cognitive OS at every scale.
Each example is structured the same way: what the agent does, where it operates, and what changed for the operator.
What it does. Morning brief, pipeline triage, follow-up drafting, weekly invoice run, calendar conflicts. The agent reads the founder's actual operating week and surfaces the next thing worth touching.
How it operates. WhatsApp for asynchronous reply, iMessage for one-tap approvals when something irreversible needs sign-off. Verification gate fires before invoice send and before any external email goes out.
What it does. Inbound lead routing across messaging channels, internal Slack ops queue, daily sales brief, customer follow-ups. The agent decides what to handle, what to route, and what to ask the team about.
How it operates. Per-channel approval rules. Cold outbound goes through the team. Warm follow-ups go through verification but auto-send if the conversation pattern matches a previously-approved class.
What it does. Public-facing branded agent across customer messaging surfaces. Internally, a fleet of specialist agents handles intake triage, draft review, and escalation routing. Cross-agent review catches drift before customers see it.
How it operates. Dedicated ops center for the operator team. Approval workflows route to the right human depending on action type. Audit logs satisfy compliance review on demand.
What it does. Partner deploys Montebelle agents under their own brand to their own clients. Each tenant has its own isolated environment, its own channel auth, its own ops center view. Partner sees the platform-wide rollup.
How it operates. Two production white-label tenants run today with no Montebelle branding visible to end users. Partner-branded ops center, partner-managed customer relationships. Montebelle still operates the underlying layer end-to-end.
Run on ourselves first
Every system here runs on Montebelle's own ops.
Sales briefings, content publishing, research synthesis, ops monitoring, security review. The cognitive OS earned its place in the product by surviving in our production environment first.
